The time to be served was lengthy considering there was lots of staff wondering around. We were told the price would include a full wash and valet of the vehicle which was done but not at all to a good standard.
They took the car and gave me another car very quickly. The only problem was it was difficult to know who I was dealing with - other than that I wouldn't hesitate to go back there, great service
When I got to my car my windscreen was covered in grease spots and so was part of my bonnet. It took several attempts once home to remove them and my windscreen was badly smeared.
Was told ingredients of service and fact that work would be completed in an hour and a half Decided to wait and all work was completed in one hour twenty minutes which was very good
Easy to book an appointment. Really friendly staff - nothing was too much trouble. Booked car in, given cup of coffee and staff organised a taxi home for me which was timely and saved me a lot of hassle! Also washed and valeted car which was lovely!

Good value for money and I can rest assured that the work i've paid for is carried out to a high standard.

I have had three different mini models and enjoyed all three and the sales team at Knights keep in contact and when I reach the optimum time to change keep me abreast of the latest offers and always offer me a great deal.
I have not yet received my new mini until the 22nd of April 2019 but so far really happy with the service

Excellent sales, was confident with the purchase of my car. But, car was registered with wrong classification (should have been disabled class), wrong title (I am not Mrs) and didn't have my private plate. I have had to change these details myself.
Repaired a long term fault 100% fix very pleased with repair

Rang up to see if the car was ready to pick up, told to give them half hour just washing it off. So when got to the dealership wait 20mins then to be told it wash not washed off as the valet team had gone home.
When being told it was ready to collect. Itwas 2 hrs later when we got to wait in mini reception & the service team person left us for at least 20 minutes standing in reception upon his return he says the car hasn't been washed or valeted.

I was kept up to date with how the work was progressing
I have to trust the service staff and that the work that's needed is done, but as you can't go into the service area or speak to the mechanics there is no way of knowing of anything specific. I have to trust that the electronics will tell me in time.
LOOKED AFTER AND SATISFIED WITH ALL THE AFTER CARE
Never had a reason to complain.
Everything was completed on my car as promised.
