Rang up to see if the car was ready to pick up, told to give them half hour just washing it off. So when got to the dealership wait 20mins then to be told it wash not washed off as the valet team had gone home.
When being told it was ready to collect. Itwas 2 hrs later when we got to wait in mini reception & the service team person left us for at least 20 minutes standing in reception upon his return he says the car hasn't been washed or valeted.

Never had a reason to complain.
I have to trust the service staff and that the work that's needed is done, but as you can't go into the service area or speak to the mechanics there is no way of knowing of anything specific. I have to trust that the electronics will tell me in time.
Everything was completed on my car as promised.

After waiting an hour for my car- it was not cleaned throughly.

When I brought my car in for a service in August, i wasn't told my oil will be needing changing later on in January. So when January came by I was surprised my car engine light went on and had to pay £10 for taxi there and back and still waited 30min

Im disgruntled that I had to pay over £50 for you to clean out the screen wash filter on a car thats only 12 months old as its apparently Not covered under the warranty. I also dont accept your explanation, Ive never heard of this issue before.
Everything went very smoothly, we collected our new car, it was well presented and we were both happy with the dealership, a professional hand over.
The service at Knights North Staffs was good and the staff were helpful however the service was requested to be carried out at Knights South Staffs which is about 20 miles away. Found out on arrival at South Staffs, disappointing.

The service was excellent.
We had to wait for the service receptionist to return to the desk, and I was not told about "fast lane" service when booking the car service. So, it was booked in for 10.30 but pickup was not guaranteed before closing time.
