the service was fast and efficient and I was told the car would be washed and valeted on my picking it up. I gave fair warning of my arrival based around another appointment but the car was not ready on time and I was forced to leave with it unwashed
The warranty work was carried out in the time stated and further updates were completed as the car was there. The standard of work completed on the car was excellent. The customer experience was great (as stated above).

The above action meant our 2 cars making 4 visits to take and pick up the mini and I feel we've been charged twice for labour for their mistake.

My car was booked in twice - first for brake pads (and maybe disks). I waited an hour, and then was told disks required but not in stock. I was booked in again, and second time I waited 1.5 hours, and then told, again, that disks not in stock.
I took the car in at a pre-arranged date and time suitable for me. Waited whilst the work was done and was ready on time. I was offered drinks etc and able to wait in a comfortable area with TV and magazines etc. Serviced was discussed afterwards.
