covid restrictions meant I had to complete paperwork etc online and some of the personal touch was missing but overall very good.
Length of time to wait for the car to arrive was the only reason I didn't give it a 10.
They were helpful and great friendly staff, it was also a very busy morning where the staff had a lot to do as they were under staffed and against it, they were fantastic.
Car was ready, Andy went through all the new details with me for the remodel. During this difficult time with C-19 the service was still very good.

Fast and efficient which was great. The people I dealt with on site listened and were good at communication. The booking process for me was the only let down as this was done by a call centre and not the branch, this definitely was the weakest link

Very satisfied as video of vehicle was sent to me re inspection. All explained when I picked up vehicle only minor picky point is that vehicle could not be valeted but understandable in the pandemic
It was easy to book, drop off and collect. The communication once my car had been in the service centre was by text and email, which was great and included a video but it was a bit unclear whether my car was ready to collect.
They both took the 'stress' out of a 'stressful' situation
